Cinnie-Swirls

This was my second time making cinnamon swirls, and it took much longer than I expected, as the dough needed to prove multiple times, but it was well worth the wait. The swirls were quite tough but had a crunchy top (just how I like them), and the taste was INCREDIBLE! I was worried that, through baking them, the cinnamon would be burnt off, but in fact, it just made the spice even stronger! I totally recommend baking cinnamon swirls, as they make a wonderful breakfast, you’ll be craving more soon!

Oat Biscuits

I love these simple, yet appetizing biscuits, as they are rich in that delectable vanilla flavour that from time to time, we all crave.

Pancakes

It has just been shrove tuesday (also known as pancake day), which is a celebration of using up fatty foods such as milk, eggs and flour before lent. This is all you need for PANCAKES!!

This is a delicious pudding I like to make on cold winter days. You can serve it with custard or cream!
